Vaibhv joined Match Capital in August 2012. He graduated with an MBA from the Business School of the University of Greenwich, London in 2012. Prior to his MBA, he worked in the Information Technology industry as a business analyst and consultant.
Jagadeesh is a Microsoft Research Cambridge Ph.D. scholar in Search, Recommender Systems and Machine Learning at UCL. He previously worked at RuneScape and was part of the team that built the XBox recommender system and matching systems that are used by millions of users. His work has been published and presented at prestigious conferences in both academia and industry (e.g. WWW '13 and STRATA '14), and he is the brains behind the Match Capital algorithm and the reason why our results are so accurate.
Match Capital has enlisted help from Alex to manage the digital marketing strategy. Having just launched his own digital and social agency, ASTP, former Odeon and Sky Now TV social lead Alex is taking his expertise to new exciting start-up businesses in the UK.
After graduating from Newcastle University, Daisy spent the subsequent 2 years working in financial PR in the City. Then, after three years at BarChick helping to build a tech startup from the ground up, Daisy came to Match Capital to help us with our operations, marketing and PR.
Patric co-founded Match Capital. He ran the equities business at Icap, where he met Peter. After 18 years in The City he has built up an extensive network of contacts and has acted in both public and private placing. Loves meeting growth companies.
A Master of Economics graduate from Cambridge University, Mike is a City of London veteran, spanning senior sales and trading roles at Wedd Durlacher, Kleinwort Benson, with 21 years at ABN Amro, latterly as Head of mid and small-cap market making.
After Manchester University, Julian founded Tidalwave with Paul Cash. It was one of the first Tech and Digital Communication Agencies. A serial communications and creative agency entrepreneur, Julian works with Match Capital, to use marketing effectively to build the Match Capital brand.
Paul joined Match Capital in November 2012, having built and sold two successful marketing agencies ( see Julian ). He has recently published his first business and marketing book and is passionate about working with innovative challenger type companies.
